The Cavapoo is a cross between a Poodle and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. They make a wonderful cross with the Poodles' non shedding coat and the Cavaliers’ personality. There are lots of ways to breed a Cavapoo by breeding a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a Cavapoo. Or breeding a Poodle with a Cavapoo which is called a backcross. Some breeders also breed Cavapoo to Cavapoo which is a multi generation cross. WE ONLY BREED THE FIRST GENERATION CAVAPOOS. WHAT THIS MEANS IS WE BREED A PURE CAVALIER KING CHARLES SPANIEL TO A PURE TOY POODLE.
They have a shoulder height of 9-14 in. and can weigh between 10-16 lb. They can have many appearances but most have a compact face and long floppy ears. They come in lots of different colors blonde and white , black white and tan, apricot and white and black and white.
Cavapoos are great dogs for a family they love to go for walks or just laying on the couch suits them just find. THey like to be where the family is. They love to get attention and to be loved. THey have great personalities and are wonderful with other pets and small children.
Cavapoos require grooming every 6-8 weeks and need brushed everyday.
